March 31st & April 1st - How to build your own Wood Fired Pizza Oven!  10a - 4p each day
Brian Scott will take you on a hands on exploration of how to build a wood fired pizza oven in your backyard using Masonry techniques. 
Workshop Fees:  $150 (if paid in full by March 17th) OR $200 after  (limited space)

April 14th - Building your own Backyard Aquaponics System!  10a - 4p
Avery Ellis will be going over the benefits of Aquaponics systems; indoors vs outdoors systems; System types & designs including plumbing and lighting options;
Workshop Fees:  $75 (if paid in full by April 1st) OR $90 after

April 22nd - How to grow your Soil, Compost & Worms!  10a - 4p
Lynne Duguay & Tara Kent will be celebrating Earth Day at the farm in teaching about none other than The Earth!  They will be teaching through Permaculture methods techniques of soil building, nutrients needed for your soil and sheet mulching;
Workshop Fees:  $75 (if paid in full by April 7th) OR $95 after

April 28th & 29th - Learn to cook in a Wood Fired Oven on the farm!  10a - 5p each day
Antonio Laudisio the fire master himself, owner of Laudisio's Restaurant will be teaching techniques of firing the oven, dough making, cooking pizzas, cooking many other dishes in your oven and care for your oven.  You will be up to your elbows in dough and covered in flour from tossing pies!

May - October (one weekend a month) - A hands on exploration of Herbal Medicine!  10a - 4p each day
Corrie Snyder is a Certified Clinical Herbalist & Nutritionist/Owner of Traditional Roots ltd. a wellness clinic here in Boulder will be teaching us how to Plant and Care for our herbal garden:  May 11th (eve 5-8) (only Friday) & 12th(10-4); June 23rd(10-4) & 24th(10-4); July 28th(10-4) & 29th(10-4); Aug 25th(10-4) & 26th(10-4); Sept 29th(10-4) & 30th(10-4); Oct 20th(10-4) & 21st(10-4).
Workshop Fees:  $850 (if paid in full by April 21st) OR $1000 after  

May 19th & 20th - an in-depth exploration of Forest Gardening!   10a - 3p each day

Jason Gerhardt a Permaculture designer/educator & owner of Real Earth Design will be teaching us the strategy of Forest Gardening as an ecological food gardening strategy modeled after natural forests.  We will learn how you can produce abundant and diverse food, maintain a high aesthetic, and gain multiple yields just by following the pattern of the forest.  We will show you how to design a landscape that is dripping with fruit and vegetables with low labor, low cost, and low water use.   Additionally, we will be demonstrating how to go about installing such a garden, using the 63rd St. Farm as our template.
