rainwater harvesting

I know recently they changed the rules to allow small scale rainwater harvesting legal and I wanted to see if anyone has any experieince with this in the BOCO area. In MN where we moved from, we had 9 rain barrels connected to all of our down spouts, so I am skilled in the creation and am looking for folks who might have leads on materials for making these.

Devin - i'm all over rainwater harvesting... been doing it legally the past year, and was a renegade the prior 5- years.
