I work for Colorado State University Extension of Boulder County and program in food safety and food preservation.

Food Safety and Preservation...eating local products
What background and skills do you bring to this community?
MS in Education and have worked with CSU Extension in Boulder County since 1996. Program in food safety, food preservation, wellness, and eating local products produced and grown in Colorado
How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement?
Food Safety and Food Preservation information that is researched based and accurate for our high altitudes
