Profile Information

How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
Working with others to start a transition initiative in Fort Collins.
In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
Peak oil is the most pressing problem facing us, and transition is a way to prepare before the crisis. I'm most interested in finding community solutions for the transportation issue...our famed addiction to oil is mostly about how we travel. Dynamic ride-sharing and Smart Jitney are possibilities.
What background and skills do you bring to this community?
Air-quality career in local government.
How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement?
Organizing a steering committee...talks, briefings on transition...networking with exisitng groups.

Thanks for letting me know.  See you there!
