Welcome Carolyn,

Great to see your interest in Transition! Welcome to the COLORADO TRANSITION NETWORK. And more particularly to Transition Denver.

Feel free to join in our Denver activities. Click on a person's photo to make contact. Say Hello. Reinforce the good things they're talking about and doing. Bring up a discussion that particularly interests you. Pose a question. Announce an event. Be serious. Have fun!

You will want to make sure to join the Denver group on this page for special announcements -- http://transitioncolorado.ning.com/group/transitiondenver

Feel free to join as many other groups as you wish -- http://transitioncolorado.ning.com/groups

If you know of local groups, websites, Facebooks, Meetups or blogs or wish to create new virtual groups not listed above in our groups, click here to add them to our registry of groups supporting Transition issues in the Denver area -- http://transitioncolorado.ning.com/groups/group/new. Let me encourage you to add a link to some of your favorite information sources.

One more thing. It would be super to see your photo -- "Choose File" on http://transitioncolorado.ning.com/profiles/settings/editProfileInfo -- Let me know if you need assistance. I'll be delighted to do some photoshopping if needed.

Super 2011!

Hi Carolyn and welcome to Transition Colorado! Since you wrote that you're going to be part of the Broomfield Gardens (or are interested in them), please join the Transition Westminster/Arvada/Broomfield "group" in order to get email updates on messages, events and other announcements. Once you click on that link, be sure to click on "2010 Garden" under the "ongoing discussions" and post a hello or something there, or check the box on that page that says "follow this discussion". You'll get email updates whenever someone posts a new message about the gardens that way.

You also wrote that you'd like an overview of the Transition movement. A couple of good websites to read are:
http://www.transitioncolorado.org
or

WELCOME and I hope to meet you soon!
