How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
I have degrees in agriculture. I look at the deserts in satellite vies of Earth and I know we can heal that with organic matter, permaculture, rotational animal grazing and such.
In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
Permaculture. The global warming and Peak Oil are death-dealing lies--but this group is not really ABOUT squashing the carbon-based life of Earth, but causing it to flourish. And that's what I am about.
What background and skills do you bring to this community?
B.S. Animal Science; M.S. Animal Physiology, also a chemist.
I own all Joel Salatin's books, and 1 (so far) of Eliot Coleman.
I also have sales and marketing knowledge.
Also, I finally grew a nice Avocado plant after I started it with Sonic Bloom. It's over 3 feet tall now.
How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement?
I am working on finding people who are healing the Earth and helping them work together.
I also want to find out what is currently in Israel's Negev and see what I can add there.
