How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?: Attending functions

In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?: We need a mass awareness and community to ease, as far as possible, the world's population to a sustainable level of approximately 3 billion (based on availability of phosphorus and fixed nitrogen). It will not be pretty, and trustworthy survival communities will be needed.

What background and skills do you bring to this community?: I have graduate degrees in astronomy, counseling, and the convergence of science and religion (spirituality). I teach various courses at local senior centers.

How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement?: Still exploring that.
