It is Saturday, September 26th. We are responsible for things like greeting people at the homes, helping at the registration desk (by the Farmers Market), helping with the expo, or getting food for the volunteers. We also need help on Friday, 9/25, prepping the homes. All four homes are in Louisville. No shift would be longer than 3 hours.
I am trying to recruit volunteers to help with the 2009 Solar Homes Tour! The southeast portion of the tour is sponsored by the CRC (a non-profit) and Transition Louisville. We have several different volunteer opportunities from helping with registration, prepping the homes, greeting, expo, food, etc. Do you think you would be interested in helping?

message was a summary of following along with a hope that you both can contribute your Master Gardening skills:
Hello to all Louisville Members
This is a repeat of my email yesterday - we will meet at 1pm tomorrow Sunday at the Louisville Library - main meeting room on first floor - to work on the Louisville Community Garden.
Purpose:
Work through the agreements - where each person is at on supporting the Garden
The planting schedule - what we will plant and when (ground was prep'd two weeks ago in Barbara's back yard)
Work schedule - who will work on which weekends as the season unfolds
Agreement with Barbara and her expectations
I will bring a planting schedule and I will share starter and schedule info I got at the Kipp Nash Community Roots Neighborhood Supported Agriculture Apprenticeship on Thursday
Please email me at degreenwald@gmail.com if you plan to attend.
